The MENU: ~ House bread ~ Lightly smoked treacle cured salmon, pickled wild leek & celeriac remoulade ~ Borders lamb saddle stuffed and rolled, confit jerusalem artichoke, roast garlic, brussel sprouts, dauphinoise potatoes. Chestnut paris-brest
