Top Glasgow bar, The Gate in Glasgow’s East End Quarter has responded to the latest hospitality restrictions with a hilarious Christmas video remaking East 17’s classic song Stay Another Day with their take called ‘Please come back another day’.
The hysterical video sees cameos from Nicola Sturgeon, flying Christmas cocktails and the newly formed East G4 group – made up of The Gate’s talented bartenders rocking fur hoods and goggles.
They created the slapstick video to bring some joy to cocktail lovers across Glasgow whilst saying big thank you to everyone who has supported them over the last year. Even though they can’t get open before Christmas, they have instead released four limited edition fun Christmas cocktails and a new gift pack for guests to enjoy at home via their cocktail delivery or collection service.
Drinks like frozen Elf Juice with Haku vodka Midori and vanilla chai, Mariah Cherry with Roku gin, cherry liqueur, cranberry and rose water to a fresh Christmas Colada that are guaranteed to get you in the mood for the Christmas festivities.
